- Prepare the Bansh, but don't cook them yet.
- Prepare mongolian tea the usual way (or
just normal black tea).
- Sauté half a teaspoon of flour with a little butter.
- Add the rice and fry it a bit.
- Add the tea, add salt, and make it boil a short moment.
- Add the milk and make it all boil again.
- Keep it boiling for about 10 minutes.
- Add the Bansh.
- Keep it boiling for another 10 minutes, until the Bansh are
swimming at the top.
When you leave the Bansh away, then you get Budaatai Tsai -
a simple rice tea.
